After the year we’ve had , you best believe we are celebrating everything to the full. With the most magic I can muster.
So I’ve created these printable flags and party hats to add to the occasion.
The printables come with instructions on them, but here’s a break down.
Firstly, I recommend printing on card so its rigid and gloss or photo paper so the black prints a truer colour.
You will need.
- Scissors ( or paper trimmer etc)
- Glue gun
- Trims , pom poms , ribbons etc.
- Thin dowels or paper straws.
- Elastic or ribbon ( for party hats.
Instructions.
Simply cut out your shapes.
Fold the flap on the hat to then glue in a cone shape, if you don’t fold the flap first its harder to roll.
Make two small slits or holes to thread elastic or ribbon.
Glue a pom pom or ribbons to the top and around the base.
You can go as wild or minimal as you prefer here.
For the flags, fold the two flaps over and glue around your dowel.
Add some of the small cut out pieces or other embellishments.
I also like to tie ribbons and trim to the dowel , slide up and glue in place , to give more of a wand feel.
